We work with partners in one of two ways:

Managing agents - managing agents are people who we contract to provide housing management services e.g. rent collection, repairs to customers living in our properties.  Supporting People contract with them to provide support services to customers in these properties.

Support providers - support providers are people who we have an agreement with to provide support services to customers living in our properties.  We provide the housing management services.
