The service received by leasehold customers is not as good as that given to customers who rent their homes	We have appointed a Leasehold specialist, Christine Ratcliffe to concentrate on all of our Leasehold properties
Customers wanted to know who they should contact about tenancy matters and complaints	We have written to every resident confirming who their Neighbourhood officer is, their contact number and the dates of the estate walkabout
