How can I praise a member of staff?
We have a staff recognition scheme which includes a People’s Choice award – voted for you, the customers. If you would like to nominate a member of staff for the award you can either do it online by downloading a nomination form from - Star Award. You can also make a compliment by filling in the feedback form in "comment on our services" section.
